At Sampooran Stuffs™, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Products must be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as ‘non-returnable’ are not eligible for replacement.

2. How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact our customer support team at info@sampooranstuffs.com or call 8264691404 within the specified timeframe.
  • Provide your order details and supporting images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once your request is reviewed, we will initiate the replacement process.

3. Replacement Process

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged/incorrect product.
  • A replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange or a store credit.

4. Exceptions

  • Minor variations in color or texture do not qualify for replacement.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
