1. Eligibility for Replacement
- Products must be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as ‘non-returnable’ are not eligible for replacement.
2. How to Request a Replacement

- Provide your order details and supporting images of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once your request is reviewed, we will initiate the replacement process.
3. Replacement Process
- Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged/incorrect product.
- A replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange or a store credit.
4. Exceptions
- Minor variations in color or texture do not qualify for replacement.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
