Order Cancellation

1. Before Shipment:
   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

   • If the order is canceled within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.
2. After Shipment:
   • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
   • You may, however, initiate a return as per our Replacement Policy.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Exceptions

• Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
• In case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, Sampooran Stuffs™ reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
